Is it safe to use Credit Card on Fab-inn?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use the credit card on Fab-inn. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication passcode verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for our online shoppers, thus making online shopping at www.fab-inn.com safer.

Do I have COD option on products which are on Sale?

No , Right now we only accept payment through Online, Credit card, Debit card and some digital wallet . You can use rest all modes of payments.

Does your shop ship Internationally and how much does that cost?

No, we not ship internationally. Right now we can only accept order from India. Cost is dependant on weight, see above for shipping cost breakdown.

How do you charge for shipping?

All items are shipped from our India warehouse, and shipping is charged at a flat rate by weight of the package. Larger, heavier items will cost more to ship than smaller, lighter weight items. Grouping items together will lower your per-item costs for shipping. The same applies to India.

How I can I pay for my order ?

We accept payment through Razorpay, which allows you to pay with a credit card, debit card or some payment wallet.

What if I don’t get my refund?

Right now we don’t provide refund for our item because of dairy items. Please check our refund policy by from  here.

Will delivery charge be refunded if I return the product?

No, your delivery charge won’t be refunded.

How to add the product to my list?

You can create a personalised shopping list based on your weekly/monthly needs. At the time of adding a product to your cart, you can click on “My List” button and add the product to your list. This is highly recommended for frequent shoppers, as it results into huge time saving if you want to order same products on a regular basis

How do I look for a particular Product?

There are a number of ways you can search for products:

1. By category: All the products we stock are grouped into categories displayed on the top bar of your page. If you click on the desired category, e.g. ‘Dairy & Bakery’, left panel on your page will display more product groups under that category e.g., Bakery, Milk drinks & many others. After clicking on the product group you’re looking for, you can scroll through the product range displayed on the page to view & add products to your cart.

2. Product search: You can type the product name in the search bar to initiate a keyword search for the product. You’ll find search bar just above the main category bar on top section of the page( (it’s the one with the little magnifying glass symbol)

3. My List: If you have already created ‘My list’, you can simply browse and add a product from your customised list.

4. Search with a list of products: you can type multiple product names (separated by comma or one product per line) in ‘Search with List of Items’ and click on ‘Search Now’.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?

When you’ve successfully completed an order, you will see an order confirmation page; also a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered email id with your order details.

What happens if I don’t have time to finish my order?

In case you are not able to complete your order, the products added to your cart remains in your shopping cart and next time you log in, you will be able to see previously added products. You can add more products to your cart and complete your shopping.

Can I look to my last order history?

If you hold an account on Fab-inn, you can look at your order history. But if you are not an account holder you cannot look into your order history.

We try our best to show the same colour of the product. But sometimes due to variations in you monitor screen colour may slightly differ.

How will you ensure the freshness of chilled product & fruits/vegetables?

We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products and maintain them in the correct temperature & packaging till they get delivered at your doorstep.

Can return the product bought in a sale?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept return request of a product bought in the sale .

Will my order arrive well packaged?
